This is the second instalment of your summer holiday (vacation) packing guide. I split my original article into two parts because that’s how I pack. I deal with my main luggage first and leave the wash bag and my hand luggage until the last minute. The reason being is that I have to use some of the stuff before I pack it.

As I am sitting on my desk, I am both excited and a bit nervous writing this article. Excited, because it’s nearly time to jet off to France for my summer holiday (or vacation if you are one of my US readers). Nervous, because I’ve never published an article dealing with the whats, whys and hows of my holiday packing.
As you will see, the focus of this article is for the men among us. However, you ladies can just substitute your clothing and it works just as well (I hope).
It’s time for a thought-provoking article. Don’t worry though; I’m not going to go on about the meaning of life. Instead, I’m trying to find out if keeping fit should be done to excess. If you eat, sleep and breathe fitness (or you think you are), then read on and let us know what you think.
One of the side effects of eating right without exercising is the build up of fat around the waist area. In fact, piling on the fat over your six pack is easier than you think possible. That’s why I’ve been looking for fun ways to do cardio and have devised my own fun workout that involves jumping rope for fat loss.
